The Service Provider offers the rental of vehicles, primarily buggies and quads, and related equipment, together with guided tours, to Customers through the benidormbuggy.com website.

Bookings are made via the website. To make a successful booking, the Customer must provide the necessary and accurate data. Payment terms, prices and any deposit requirements are communicated in detail during the booking process.

Depending on the option selected at checkout, payment may be made by card (processed by Stripe), by cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments) or on arrival.

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on this website, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

During the rental period, all vehicles are used at the Customer's own risk. Compliance with Spanish traffic regulations (DGT) is mandatory. The insurance conditions are detailed in the Rental Agreement, which must be signed on-site.

The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations. Details can be read in the separately available Privacy Policy.

For matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, Spanish law shall apply. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
