Rental Terms & Liability Waiver

A valid driving licence is required to drive a buggy or quad yourself. Guests without a licence can still join a guided tour: one of our guides drives, at no extra cost. Minimum age: 20 to drive, 16 to rent. A valid ID and a mandatory safety briefing are also required. The named driver must be the person who rides.

Guided buggy and quad tours do not require a security deposit. For self-service rentals a refundable deposit may be required, depending on the item: e-bike €50, bike €25, road bike (Bottechia) €150, e-scooter €50, SUP €25. The deposit is returned after the item is checked back in undamaged. You are responsible for damage, loss or theft caused by misuse or negligence, up to the insurance excess.

Each vehicle includes the insurance described on its booking page. Insurance does not cover damage from reckless or unlawful use, driving under the influence, or leaving designated areas/routes.

Helmets and safety equipment must be worn where provided. Follow all guide instructions and traffic laws. We may end an activity without refund if behaviour is unsafe or endangers others.

Adventure activities carry inherent risk. By booking and signing the on-site waiver you confirm you are medically fit to participate and accept these risks, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under Spanish law.
