Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking start time and receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start time may be non-refundable or subject to a fee, as shown at booking.

Use the manage link in your booking confirmation email or on your booking status page, or contact us by WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Rescheduling is free and subject to availability.

Refunds for any payment already taken are issued via bank transfer, typically within 5–10 business days. Deposits are refundable when you cancel within the free window.

Failure to show up at the scheduled time without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and may not be refunded. Please arrive on time for your safety briefing.

If we cancel for safety reasons such as unsafe weather or a technical issue, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule to another date.
